Orders are straight 6 bottle minimum only.
Terroso strives to ensure that all information displayed on the website is accurate but reserves the right to change the vintage and price without notice. we will inform you via email or phone of any changes before confirmation of an order. Images found on the website are there for illustrative purposes only and vintages displayed may differ from the vintage available at the time of purchase. If any wine purchased from Terroso is found to be legitimately faulty we will replace all returned stock. If however you are not satisfied with your choice of wine, Terroso is under no obligation to refund or accept returned wines. Please call or email us with any questions wine@terroso.com.au

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit, personal cheque and cash.
Payments are strictly COD and goods will not be dispatched until invoices are paid in full.

Purchases from the Terroso website will be processed securely by our mail order/telephone order payment facility. All details are kept securely until your order is packed and dispatched. Following this process your payment details will be shredded and not stored in any form by us unless you give consent to do so.

Terroso stores all wine in an off-site temperature controlled storage facility operated by Kennards. Our storage unit is fully self-contained and secure with CCTV in 24 hour operation.
Delivery
We use Australia Post and aim to provide reliable, prompt and economical delivery service door to door. We aim for a 48 hour turnaround from time of dispatch. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a redelivery card.
